Banana Pops

Vegan I Gluten Free

Serves: 6

Time: 30 minutes

3 bananas

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, walnuts, nuts, nut butter, seeds, etc.

Line a plate or baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a thick skewer in the center of the banana, leaving enough room for a handle.

In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate over low heat, continuously stirring. When melted, remove from the heat.

Using a spoon, coat the bananas in chocolate. Quickly top with your favorite toppings.

Place in your freezer and allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy!

If you store them in your freezer, you may need to let them thaw a bit for 5-15 minutes before serving!
