1 cup coconut milk
~2 tbsp. dried butterfly pea flowers
4 - 6 large frozen bananas
2 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Honey or maple syrup drizzle
Add the coconut milk and butterfly pea flowers to a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer 5 - 7 minutes, until the color has turned vibrant blue.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool to room temperate. You can also place in the fridge/freezer for a faster cool down time.
Strain out the butterfly pea flowers from the blue milk.
Pour 1/2 cup of the milk into the blender along with all the ingredients and blend until smooth and thick. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid (1 tbsp. at a time) or adding more frozen fruit.
Decorate with your favorite toppings!
