Cacao Chia Pudding

Chocolatey morning chia pudding recipe! Healthy, easy, grab-and-go breakfast. Pre-soak the seeds the night before and top with fresh fruit or coconut shreds in the morning. This is the perfect way to satisfy those chocolate cravings, in a way that still up-levels your health. Simple ingredient list, plant-based, and delicious!

Raw I Vegan I Gluten Free

Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes + overnight soaking

1/2 cup chia seeds (or basil seeds)

2 cups nut milk

3 tbsp. cacao powder

2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. ground clove


Unsweetened coconut shreds


Nut butter

Honey drizzle


Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir to combine. Let the mixture rest 5 minutes, then stir again, breaking up any clumps. Store the mixture in the fridge overnight.

In the morning divide the chia pudding between 2 glasses and add your favorite toppings.
