2 servings nacho chips

1 cup Veggie Cheese Sauce


Toppings of Choice

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed & drained

1/2 cup yellow corn, rinsed & drained

1 cup leafy greens, chopped

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 cup fresh tomato salsa

1/4 cup vegan sour cream

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup purple onion, diced

1/4 cup olives, sliced

2 spring onions, chopped

2 tbsp. jalapeños (optional)

To prepare the nachos - Divide the chips evenly among 2 plates.


In a large skillet heat the cheese sauce until warm. Pour over the plate of chips.


Top with all your favorite toppings, fresh herbs, and salsas.
