Vegan I Gluten Free

Time: 5 minutes
1 cup water
1 large handful spinach
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup silken tofu
2 tbsp. hemp hearts
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. bee pollen
1 tsp. beet root powder
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add more liquid if it is too thick; add more frozen fruit, ice or silken tofu to make it more creamy.
