Drink Your Veggies Juice



Here's a delicious and nutrient-dense juice recipe to start your day! Make a healthy vegetable juice in just 10 minutes. You can easily make with a blender, a juicer is not required. Vegan I Gluten-Free I Raw


Serves: 1

Time: 10 minutes


2 large handfuls leafy greens of choice

2 cucumbers, quartered

1 large carrot, chopped

1 medium beet, peeled & quartered

1 bunch cilantro, including stems (~1-2 cups)

Thai Basil leaves (~1/4-1/2 cup)

4-5 inch piece ginger, chopped

1 clove garlic



Prepare the produce, washing, peeling and chopping as needed.

If using a juicer, slowly press all ingredients. The pulp will automatically be separated from the juice. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
