Time: 10 minutes
1 cup coconut yogurt* (find my easy homemade recipe HERE!)
1 lime, juiced
Fresh fruit of choice (guava, mango, peach, dragon fruit, banana, etc.)
Fresh mint or Thai basil
*If using store bought / packaged coconut yogurt make sure to always read ingredients! Avoid ingredients that you don't know, can't recognize, or sound like they belong more in science lab than your food!
To prepare the yogurt bowls - Add the coconut yogurt to a bowl. Stir in the lime juice.
Top with your favorite fruits!
To store - Best served fresh. Keep leftovers 1 - 2 days in the fridge.
