Guilt-Free "Frosty" Smoothie

Time: 5 minutes


1 cup almond milk

1 large handful spinach

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup organic silken tofu

2 tbsp. almond butter

2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder

1 tbsp. coconut oil

2 Brazil nuts


Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

Add more liquid if it is too thick; add more frozen fruit or ice to make it more creamy.
