Vegan I Gluten Free

Time: 5 minutes
1 1/2 cups filtered water
1 large handful spinach
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 avocado
1/4 cucumber, peeled
2 inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
5 walnuts
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. spirulina powder
Ice
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add more liquid if it is too thick; add more ice to make it more creamy.
