Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric Dressing

Avoid all the preservatives and additives in store-bought salad dressings by opting for homemade dressings! This simple and easy lemon, ginger and turmeric dressing is a healthy compliment to any salad! Try this sweet and zesty zing over your next bed of greens!

Raw I Vegan I Gluten Free

Serves: 1 - 2 servings

Time: 10 minutes

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp. almond butter

2 tsp. lemon zest

1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. grated ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tsp. maple syrup or honey

1/4 tsp. turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare the dressing add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix on medium speed until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust as needed.
