1 1/2 cup chickpeas

1/4 cup tahini

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. cumin

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1 cup green cabbage, sliced thin

1/2 cup red cabbage, sliced thin
