Vegan I Gluten Free
Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2-4 (depends on how hungry you are or if serving with additional items!)
1 1/2 cups filtered water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup oat bran (gluten-free)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Pinch of sea salt

Toppings: fruit of choice, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, honey/maple syrup, cocoa nibs, chocolate, fruit puree (I blended frozen blueberries with water), etc.

Add the water and coconut milk to a stove pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add the oat bran and reduce the heat to low. Stir the mixture frequently for 5-7 minuets, until the majority of the liquid is absorbed or until your desired consistency.

Remove from the heat and stir in your spices.
​
Place in a bowl and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.
