Power Toast

Vegan I Optional Gluten Free

Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1

1-2 pieces of bread*

*Note: I use Ezekiel bread from the frozen section, the ingredient list is short and identifiable. For a gluten free option or just to taste how good alternatives can be, try Simple Kneads Bread or find a bakery with options near you! Always read ingredients!

Optional Toppings:

1) Avocado, salt, pepper, everything bagel spice mix

2) Tahini, honey, sesame seeds

3) Almond butter, banana, chia seeds

4) Mashed avocado, tomato, basil, salt, pepper

Toast your bread of choice until golden brown. Add desired toppings!
