Raw Green Goddess Salad



This totally green salad is nutritionally dense, detoxifying and delicious! Leafy greens paired with fresh, raw green vegetables like snap peas, cucumber, broccoli, avocado and herbs! Serves: 1

Time: 20 minutes


2 large handfuls leafy greens of choice

1 handful snap peas

1/2 cucumber, 1/2 mooned

1/2 cup broccoli, small florets

1/4 avocado, sliced

2 tbsp. sun flower seeds

Fresh herbs: cilantro, spring onion, Thai basil


Dressing

1/4 avocado

3 - 4 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 - 2 tbsp. fresh Thai basil (or herb of choice)

1/2 lime, juiced

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and prepare the vegetables for the salad. Add all the ingredients to your bowl!


In a single blender cup or food processor add all the dressing ingredients. Blend on medium speed until well combined. Adjust consistency with more liquid as needed.
