Simple Avocado Toast



A classic with a zesty twist - avocado toast! A plant-based, vegan favorite but with flare! Optional gluten-free. Always choose quality bread, look for wholesome ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives. Mash or slice your avocado, make it your own creation! Add fresh herbs, seeds, and a squeeze of lime for flavor and toppings. If you're starting your morning with toast, make it filling and satisfying with this avocado creation!


Vegan I Gluten Free


Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes


4 slices of homemade or gluten-free toast (always read ingredients)

1 large avocado, sliced or mashed

Thai basil

Cilantro

White & black sesame seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

Squeeze of fresh lime



Toast your bread until golden brown.


Add your toppings to the toast! Make a layer of fresh herbs if desired. Slice or mash the avocado and spread it evenly over the bread.


Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt & pepper.


Enjoy fresh (or day of making)!
