A banana and coconut milk blend topped with nut butter, peanuts, coconut shreds, and a chocolate drizzle. This vegan and gluten-free breakfast recipe will leave you full, and smiling ear to ear!
Vegan I Gluten Free
Time: 10 minutes
2 - 3 large bananas
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. maca powder
Peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. coconut sugar (or sub maple syrup or honey)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and thick. Adjust consistency with more liquid or frozen fruit.
Decorate with your favorite toppings!
To make the chocolate drizzle add all ingredients into a small bowl and stir until well combined and smooth. Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the smoothie bowl.
