1 - 2 large bananas, sliced lengthwise
1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
1/3 cup strawberries
1 tsp. maple syrup or honey
Toppings
Granola
Fresh fruit
Maple Syrup or honey drizzle

To prepare the cream cheese - In a blender or food processor combine your vegan cream cheese, strawberries and sweetener. Mix until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Slice a banana lengthwise and spread your strawberry cream cheese over the two halves.
Decorate with your favorite toppings!
To serve - Best served fresh!
To store - Keep extra strawberry cream cheese in an airtight jar in the fridge for 1 - 3 days.
