
Vegan I Gluten Free
Time: 10 minutes
2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries 1/4 cup non-dairy milk, slowly adding more as needed, 1 tbsp. at a time
Toppings: Almond butter, sunflower seeds, flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, chia seeds, dates, pecans, cashews, unsweetened coconut flakes, Brazil nuts, fruit, etc. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium until smooth and desired consistency is reached. You will probably need to stop and scrape down the sides often. If adding more nut-milk, do so one tbsp. at a time to control consistency. You're looking to keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon! Finish by adding your favorite toppings, decorating generously!
