Tahini Dip



Vegan I Gluten Free

Time: 10 minutes

1/2 cup raw tahini

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup water 1 clove garlic 1 lemon, juiced 1/4 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix on medium speed for 1-2 minute, until smooth.

Store in the fridge 7-10 days.

Great to use as a vegetable dip, on a salad, in a veggie bowl, wherever and whenever, honestly!
