1 cup mixed berries
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut shreds
1 tbsp. maple syrup / honey (optional for extra sweetness)
1 tsp. maca powder
Unsweetened coconut shreds
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and thick. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk or frozen fruit.
