Vegan I Gluten Free
Serves: 2
Time: 10 minutes + overnight soaking
2 cups nut milk
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup Almond butter
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Toppings:
Banana slices
Almond butter or honey drizzle
Unsweetened coconut shreds
Place all the ingredients into a large jar and mix well. Let rest 5 minutes, and then stir again, breaking up any clumps.
Place in the fridge overnight and in the morning divide evenly among 2 glasses and decorate with your favorite toppings.
Lasts 2-3 days in the fridge, so it's great for a grab-and-go breakfast!
