Serves: 1 - 2 cups whole strawberries
Time: 20 minutes
1 - 2 cups whole strawberries
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

Crushed nuts
Wash your strawberries and place them in the fridge until cold.
Mix the cacao powder, coconut oil, and sweetener in a small bowl until combined.
One by one, dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place them on a tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Add your toppings to each berry after the chocolate coating to ensure it sticks before hardening.
Return the chocolate covered berries to the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
Enjoy this sweet snack fresh from the fridge - the chocolate will start to melt when left out.
