Coconut Bliss Balls



Vegan I Gluten Free Serves: 12 balls

Time: 15 minutes + 30 minute chill time


1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

1/2 cup almond flour

3 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until well combined. Add more liquid if too crumbly.


Roll into balls. Sprinkle the top with coconut flakes.

Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour before serving.

​

Store 3-5 days in the fridge.
