Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Time: 5 minutes


1 cup coconut milk 1 large handful spinach

1 frozen banana

4-6 fresh peppermint leaves

1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tbsp. chia seeds

1/2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted


Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth and creamy.


Add more liquid if it is too thick; add more ice to make it more creamy.
