Time: 15 minutes
1 orange, chopped
1 tsp. orange zest
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds (or basil seeds)
2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Nuts & Seeds
In a small mixing bowl combine all the chia pudding ingredients.
Stir well, breaking up any clumps. Set in the fridge to thicken, ~10+ minutes or overnight.
Add any desired toppings!
Store in the fridge 1 - 2 days.
