These raw-vegan cinnamon rolls are a perfect sweet treat to satisfy all your cravings! Made with simple and wholesome ingredients, and naturally sweetened! Just banana, dates and cinnamon - WOW! Eat warm when they come out of the dehydrator or store for several days to enjoy as a healthy dessert.

Serves: 8 - 10 cinnamon rolls
Time: 20 minutes + 10 hours dehydrating time
10 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
1/2 cup dates
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup water + more as needed
Line your dehydrator trays with baking mats.
Slice your bananas in half (or in thirds) lengthwise.
Place your banana slices in a single layer on your prepared trays.
Dehydrate the bananas 6 - 8 hours at 70C.
When the slices are flexible and wilted - they are ready.
To prepare the cinnamon glaze - add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Adjust the consistency with water as needed. You are looking for a thick coating.
Transfer your glaze mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add your dehydrated banana slices to the mixing bowl. Stir gently with your hands until evenly coated.
Use your hands to roll the slices into cinnamon rolls. Use 1 - 3 slices per cinnamon roll depending on the size you want. Curl the slice over itself, as you near the end of the banana tuck another slice into the last inch of the roll, continue rolling.
Continue the process of rolling until all the slices have been used.
Add your cinnamon rolls back to your dehydrator trays. Dehydrate 2+ hours at 70C or until the glaze has slightly thickened / set.
Enjoy warm from the dehydrator or store in an airtight container 2 - 3 days on the counter or fridge.
