1 cup quick oats (gluten free)
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cacao powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Toppings
Peanut butter
2 squares vegan dark chocolate
Roasted peanuts
Grated cacao paste
Coconut shreds

Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook until tender, 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add more liquid to adjust consistency, depending on how you prefer the texture of your oats (more runny or thick).
Transfer the oat mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit or sweets.
