Vegan I Gluten Free
Time: 10 minutes
2 slices bread of choice (recommend homemade or gluten free!)
Vegan cream cheese (always read ingredients!)
6 - 8 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp. fresh basil
2 tbsp. black olives, sliced
1 small shallot, sliced
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Toast your bread to preferred golden brown.
Top with a vegan cream cheese spread.
Add your additional toppings - sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, shallot, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper.
Best served fresh or same day once assembled!
