Vegan I Gluten-Free
Serves: 2 cups
Time: 15 minutes
2 cups roasted peanuts
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted, + more as needed
2 - 3 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Place all your ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop and scape down the sides as needed. Add more oil 1 tbsp. at a time as needed to adjust consistency.
Let the nut butter cool completely before storing.
Jar and close in an airtight container. Stores for 1+ week.
