Tahini Date Shake



Rise and shine with a delicious tahini smoothie! A perfect blend of bananas, coconut milk, tahini, dates, cinnamon and maca - YUM! It's a plant-based breakfast that you must try! Not only is it delicious and filling, I use whole, real and fresh ingredients to serve you optimum nutrition. This vegan tahini shake is sure to take a spot on your weekly morning menu. It's a perfect healthy choice for your busy mornings when you need a quick and easy, grab-and-go, breakfast!


Raw I Vegan I Gluten Free


Serves: 1

Time: 10 minutes


2 large frozen bananas

1/2 cup coconut milk (more as needed)

3 tbsp. raw tahini

2 dates, pitted

1 tsp. maca powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon


Toppings

Cinnamon

Tahini drizzle

Coconut shreds



Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and thick. Adjust consistency with more liquid or frozen fruit.


Decorate with your favorite toppings!
