Service Description

Book a private online yoga class with me. Pick which style of yoga you are needing and let's flow together: Yin: restorative; holding relaxing yet opening asanas for 5-10 minutes. Gentle: great for beginners or individuals wanting to move at a slower pace; a balance of holding asanas and gentle flow. Hatha: a balance of flow and asana holds; linking breath with the body's movements in a slower pace. Vinyasa: stimulating yoga flow; transitioning at a faster pace between asanas. Trauma informed yoga: relaxing the nervous system with asana holds, gentle flow, and guided meditation. A 60 minute session will be held online via video call. I am a 200hr RYT (registered yoga teacher). I went through my training in Bhagsu, India in 2018. I have been practicing yoga for 7+ years and love to share this wisdom and continuous learning journey with others!
