Cucumber Sliders



Simple, healthy, plant-based snack idea! These cucumber sliders take just minutes to prepare and are super fresh and tasty! Top a cucumber slice with your favorite vegan cheese, a sun-dried tomato and fresh herbs like dill. These make for a perfect afternoon snack to curb cravings. Or slice a few cucumbers, and take them as an appetizer to share with friends and family. The cucumber serves as a healthy and raw cracker alternative.


Vegan I Gluten Free I Raw


Serves: 1-2

Time: 10 minutes


1-2 cucumbers, sliced into 1 inch moons

Vegan cheese of choice (see Cashew, Sun-dried Tomato Spread)

Sun-dried tomatoes

Fresh dill



Slice the cucumbers into 1-2 inch thick moons, or 'crackers'.


Create a slight indention in each slice by using a spoon or knife to scrape out some of the seeds.


Spread a small spoonful of cheeze onto each cucumber slice.


Add sun-dried tomato and a pinch of dill on top of each slider.


Serve and enjoy fresh!
